United Way

Through supporting the United Way, BioHorizons and its employees contribute to a network of nearly 1,800 communities in 45 countries and territories. The United Way helps individuals and families through education, income stability and healthy lives.

UAB School of Dentistry

BioHorizons is a proud and long-standing supporter of the UAB School of Dentistry. In 2009 BioHorizons dedicated the "BioHorizons Dental Lab" to provide a unique learning and research atmosphere with unparalleled equipment and materials. With our strong ties to the university, we help the UAB School of Dentistry operate a state-of-the-art research and continuing education facility for dental students. The BioHorizons floor features the latest dental equipment for restorative, implant, and cosmetic dentistry.

Alabama Tornadoes

On April 27, 2011, the lives of 247 people were lost as 62 tornadoes devastated more than 1,000 miles of land and homes in Alabama. These storms touched the lives of every BioHorizons employee as well as our families and friends.

Birmingham, Alabama is a resilient community that comes together when someone is in need. As a part of that community, BioHorizons joined in the recovery effort by organizing food and clothing drives. Through Habitat for Humanity, we picked-up our hammers and helped to rebuild homes in our community.
